Digital Products

Because our products are digital license keys that are delivered electronically, all sales are generally final. Once a product key has been delivered to you, we are unable to offer a refund.

Exceptions – When We Will Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

• The license key we delivered does not work and we are unable to provide a replacement.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The product was not as described on our website.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase via our Contact page. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
