Shipping and Delivery

As a digital product, software license keys will be delivered via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. No physical shipping is required. Once payment is received, we will send you the license key and instructions on how to activate the software via email. We aim to deliver the product to you within 24 hours of receiving payment, but please allow up to 72 hours for delivery. We will not be responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by factors outside of our control, such as server downtime, network interruptions, or email delivery issues.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, As a digital product and one-time license key seller, Genuineprokey does not offer refunds or returns. Once the software license key has been delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned or refunded. Once the license key has been sent to the customer, it cannot be returned or refunded. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or exchange if the software license key is defective or if there are issues with the activation process.
